- Responsible supplier quality management in Brose Shenyang Plant.
- Responsible contact for all those supplier quality issues with all concerned suppliers which supply Brose Shenyang plant.
- Ensure supplier quality management system efficiencies.
- Claim confirmation with supplier regarding to the quality problem.
- Supplier corrective action responses and conduct follow-up verification.
- Improve channels of communication between Brose Shenyang and suppliers with problem-solving and resolution.
- Participates in meetings between suppliers, engineers, and purchasing representatives to facilitate material substitution, standardization, rework, salvage, and economical procurement of parts/equipment.
- Maintain supplier information in SAP.
- Report regularly supplier performance data and chart.
- Internal support each customer team and production team with supplier quality issues, as need.
- Kind of key figures (budget responsibility; purchasing volume) - only for senior management
