- Recruiting experts: you will spend a significant part of your day speaking on the phone with experts who are uniquely relevant matches for your clients' projects, often under tight deadlines.
- Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.
- Taking ownership of every aspect of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration between them.

- Undergraduate degree, no subsequent experience necessary.
- Track record of strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.3 or higher or a grades of 2:1 or higher.
- Extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
- Internship experience evidencing an interest in business.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Speak and write English professionally with no less than 550 points in CET-4 and 6, no less than 6.5 in IELTS or no less than 320 in GRE
- Expect total first-year compensation ranging from 296,200 RMB (average performance) to 379,100 RMB (very strong performance) consisting of (i) an annual base salary of 192,000 RMB and (ii) uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance.
