ECU (Electrical Control Unit) system qualification test (e.g. functional test, electrical test)
ECU system integration test (e.g. test of system design requirement specification, hardware software interface test)
ECU software qualification test, which is based on software requirements. HiL test bench is used for this test.
Genrally test tasks include : make test plan, analyze requirements then develop test case, execute test, evaluate test results and make test report, etc.
Follow Bosch process and ensure ASPICE compliance
Support debug tests, which include function debug, motor control calibration, thermal performance debug, problem solving, etc.
Support Lab management tasks
Other assigned tasks
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor degree +, major in Measurement technology, Automobile industry, E&E engineeringWorking Experience: 3 years + in electrical / electronical test, automotive experience in test area preferred.Knowledge/Skills:
Experience in ECU (Electrical Control Unit) tests, like functional test, HiL tests.
Experience preferred in automotive electrical test based on LV123/LV124/VW80000, ISO16750, etc.
Experience preferred in high voltage products.
Experience in using oscilloscope, power supply, chambers, dyno test bench, etc.
Familiar with Vector tool chains (e.g. CANoe, vTestStudio, CANape).
Familiar with ASPICE Sys.4, Sys.5, SWE.6
Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and independent
