- Lead and manage complex investigations into potential violations of company policies
- Develop and execute strategy for investigative plans, including conducting interviews, collecting and analyzing evidence
- Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions
- Lead the presentation of investigations outcomes to senior management and actively guide the implementation of recommended solutions and corrective actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, HR, and other departments to support compliance efforts
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, best practices in compliance investigations
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Law degree, Certified Fraud Examiner, Internal Audit or other equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting complex investigations in a legal, compliance, or regulatory environment
- Ability to travel domestically, as required
- English language professional proficiency (oral and written)
- 5+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry or a similarly highly regulated industry
- Experience conducting complex investigations in China
- Experience with GRC tools or other similar technology platforms
- Exceptional analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple investigations simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and maintaining composure under pressure.
- High ethical standards and integrity
- ~30% Travel
