The Director of Delivery Operations,China leads the strategic and operational management of the company's food delivery business in China, driving growth through platform partnerships, data-driven decisions, and service innovation. This role oversees a cross-functional team, ensuring high performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable profitability in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives for delivery operations across China, driving revenue growth and elevating brand presence
  • Lead and oversee the delivery operations team, including platform integration, order fulfillment, customer experience, and performance analytics
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key delivery platforms such as Meituan, Ele.me, and Douyin Group Buying
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs to improve delivery speed, customer satisfaction, and operational cost-efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and store operations teams to innovate delivery offerings and enhance service quality
  • Implement smart logistics solutions, automation tools, and third-party services to strengthen operational scalability
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability and long-term business sustainability
  • Address high-impact customer issues, oversee crisis response, and manage external communications to safeguard brand reputation
  • Recruit, mentor, and empower team members, fostering a high-performance culture and driving organizational growth
