  • Oversee all daily operations of the plant, including production, maintenance, engineering, logistics, and planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using ZF production systems and Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
  • Manage the plant's operational budget, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Ensure production schedules are met consistently, achieving targets for volume, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to shift supervisors, team leaders, and all operational staff.
  • Manage resource planning, including staffing, workload allocation, and overtime.
  • Work closely with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure a seamless flow of materials to support production schedules.
  • Optimize internal logistics and inventory management processes to minimize waste and ensure production line continuity.
Your Profile as Head of Operation
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations within the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Operations Manager, Plant Manager).
  • Proven experience in high-precision manufacturing, preferably in electro-mechanical assembly, e-Mobility, powertrain, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budget control.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949) and health & safety regulations.
