a.服从班长及各级主管的合理的工作安排。
b.正确熟练地进行各种检测样板的制备和喷涂。
c.对工作区域或其他操作区域的安全、可视化、卫生5S负责。
d. 对检测仪器/设备负责。必须保持所用仪器设备清洁，工作状态良好。当设备故障时，及时报修并通知班长或主管领导。
e.有责任接受公司和部门组织的各种培训，提高安全意识，提高喷涂检测技能。
f.有义务对工作中发生的问题及时、详细的填写交接班记录，保证工作的顺利交接。
g.关注艾仕得行为和合理化建议，并按时提交。
h.掌握固废如何识别，并有责任努力减少固废。
i.对所有出具结果的记录负责。
2.质量职责
a.正确熟练地掌握检测标准和检测方法。
b.能够准确检测样品的湿膜及干膜等项目，并作出正确的评价和判定。
c.定期对设备维护保养。保证使用的工器具在使用前后清洁状况一样，性能状况一样，位置一样。
d.所有的操作必须符合规范。
e有责任判断产品是否合格，并及时通知车间包装。
3.安全职责
a.遵守公司安全程序。
b.有责任提醒外来人员在本区域的行为符合公司要求。
c.执行安全生产的法规和规章制度。
d.认真学习化验安全操作规程和有关的安全技术规程,了解设备性能及操作中可能发生事故的原因,掌握预防和处理事故的方法。
e.负责化验仪器、药品、试剂的安全管理，加强易制毒化学品安全管理，严格遵守易制毒化学品安全管理制度。
f.化验人员在化验操作过程中不得离开化验试验室,必须离开时要委托其他的分析人员接替自身工作，而且必须交代清楚工作任务、具体工作进度和安全注意事项。
g.认真学习和遵守各项安全生产规章制度，服从公司领导正确的工作安排。
h.严格遵守岗位安全操作规程，严格遵守操作、工艺规程和工作纪律。
i认真学习安全操作等安全管理制度和规定，不准违章作业。
j.正确分析、判断和处理各种事故苗头,把事故消灭在萌芽状态。发生事故时如实向上级报告，按事故预案正确处理，并保护现场，做好详细记录。
k.正确操作、精心维护设备，妥善保管、正确使用各种防护器材，保持分析环境整洁。
l.进行化验操作时，必须穿好工作服，戴好防护用品。
m.积极参加各种安全活动和学习。有权拒绝违章作业指令，对他人违章作业加以劝阻和制止。
n.积极参加岗位技术练兵和事故应急预案演练。
