  • Identify high-risk activities or transactions with healthcare professionals (HCP) and government officials (GO) and ensure them to follow pre-approval process, high risk PO process through AST system, etc.
  • According to GE Healthcare China Compliance policy and requirement, review the application of high-risk event and agreement with healthcare professional/institution (HCI) and ensure the application has been supported by sufficient and clear documentation, and in compliance with policy in AST system.
  • Review Great China high-risk activities and transactions covering all China legal entities and businesses. Reconcile the category, nature, amount, service of high-risk expense with the approved application in AST. Stop/reject any uncertainty high risk activities and transactions.
  • Work closely with onsite monitoring team to provide guidance regarding sampling, perform analysis regarding onsite monitoring result.
  • Perform after event before payment supporting document review to ensure the high quality of the supporting document.
  • Provide compliance coaching and take appropriate corrective actions based on AST reviews and onsite audit findings.
  • Identify potential improving area and provide suggestion and correction action. Delivery trainings to AST user, including system use as well as application guidance with good practice sharing. Provide basic system support and solution.
  • Lead or facilitate the specific program/project to enhance risk control.
  • Leverage data analytics to Identify frequent violations and departmental/regional risk hotspots. Provide actionable recommendations to improve internal controls and standardize business practices, and compile monthly reports to communicate key insights, trends, and progress on corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university in a relevant field
  • >8 years’ experience in Legal/Compliance/Audit or other relevant fields.
  • Prioritization skills, the ability of identify critical issue, and strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments despite pressure.
  • The ability of analyze, summary and present findings as well as conclusion in a clear and concise way.
  • Strong organizational skill.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English (working level) is required
