- 5~10 years of automotive bearing experience with solid application and validation knowledge.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead end‑to‑end technical projects.
- Excellent English communication and high emotional intelligence when working with global Tier‑1 customers.
- Able to translate technical issues into clear, practical customer solutions.
