The role combines deep technical expertise with strong customer communication to deliver reliable solutions and build long‑term, trust‑based client relationships.
  • Manage full project lifecycle for automotive bearing applications, from requirements and solution design to validation and mass production.
  • Act as the main technical contact for global Tier‑1 customers, ensuring clear communication and professional technical support.
  • Analyze customer applications and propose optimized bearing solutions or technical substitutions.
  • Coordinate R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams to meet project timelines and quality goals.
  • Lead sample builds, testing, issue analysis, and prepare concise technical reports.
  • Identify project risks, drive mitigation actions, and support commercial teams with technical inputs.
Lead High‑Impact Projects with Global Tier1 ClientsShowcase and Grow Both Technical and Strategic Skills
  • 5~10 years of automotive bearing experience with solid application and validation knowledge.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead end‑to‑end technical projects.
  • Excellent English communication and high emotional intelligence when working with global Tier‑1 customers.
  • Able to translate technical issues into clear, practical customer solutions.
  • Proactive, structured problem‑solver who drives cross‑functional collaboration.
