1. Plan, direct, and monitor all Export documentation and warehouse operations.
2. Coordinate with carriers' operations staff and sales personnel, to ensure proper handling of freight and documentation.
3. Plan and coordinate air operations and warehouse activities according to flight schedules.
4. Assign work schedules to the Operations and Warehouse personnel.
5. Train and supervise the Operations and Warehouse personnel.
6. Coordinate customer's shipping schedules with carriers; and to ensure customer's needs are met.
7. Take appropriate and constructive action on customer complaints.
8. Maintain close contacts with field sales personnel in order to respond expeditiously to customers' needs.
9. Coordinate with Accounting personnel to ensure all A/Rs and A/Ps are proper credited and billed.
10. Ensure the cleanliness of the work place; and proper maintenance of all related records.
11. Ensure proper verification of all airline/trucking bills before approving for payment.
12. Maintain up-to-date records on tariff/contract rates on available carriers - airlines, inland/interstate trucking.

1) Minimum 12-15 years' experience in Freight Forwarding.
2) At least 5 years Air Export Operation management experience.
3) In-depth knowledge and understanding of Air Export & Operations.
4) Significant external network with carrier and potential customers.
5) Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
