- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Utilize various teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate language skills across the curriculum.
- Participate in school events and professional development activities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, TEFL) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to primary and/or middle school students.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage students.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to professional development.
