- Develop and implement regional implementation plan
- Regional policy analysis and advocacy
- Establish successful access models, including work mechanisms and SOPs/Playbook
- Regional KDM mapping in key markets (Prov./City-level)
- Conduct KDM visits and collect insights
- Transmit key information to regional KDMs
- Execute regional projects effectively.
- Field access experience, including but not limited to GAMA, innovative market access, or KA, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong major client management skills and excellent customer communication abilities.
- Ability to coordinate and cooperate across teams.
- Proficient in analysis and summarization, with strong presentation skills.
- Innovative thinker with a self-driven and growth mindset.
- Experience in the vaccine field.
- RM/RPM experience, including strategy and campaign implementation.
- New product or indication launch experience.
