- Develop an in-depth understanding of our value proposition across our suite of tools and competitive landscape to drive net new revenue growth.
- Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and curiosity to seek out new sales leads through active networking, referral partners, and in-person networking events and tradeshows to generate revenue.
- Proactively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and develop business plans and present them during quarterly review sessions.
- Conduct research on prospective customers and create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts.
- Partner cross-functionally to help create processes and best practices to improve our sales motion.
- Establish yourself as a ‘Trusted Advisor’ to the prospect or customer, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention throughout the Onboarding and Support experience.
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- 3+ years of software sales experience in ecommerce, and B2B SaaS industry ideally in a fast-paced scale-up environment. Amazon selling experience is a bonus.
- You have superior active listening skills, and are highly driven and motivated to help our customers succeed, by providing a consultative approach to sales when navigating the customers’ business needs and requirements to provide customized solutions.
- You are a highly persuasive sales hunter and closer, and have excellent objection handling and negotiating abilities.
- You have a consistent over-performance sales track record that results in building strong, value-add relationships with new customers in a high-volume environment.
- Experience selling at the C-level, and have superior professional presence and business acumen.
- You demonstrate excellent time management, organizational and written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with multiple team members and customers.
- You are adaptable, coachable and agile in an ever-changing landscape and are able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid change environment.
