Stable platform with high-performing industryFriendly work environment and good locationReporting to Assistant Finance Director, and working closely with accounting & FP&A team, you will be wholly responsible for:
  • Own and operate an efficient and effective expense claim system.
  • Regular review on team process to ensure efficiency with a mind-set of simplicity and automation.
  • Develop relevant tools to ensure Procure-to-pay operation at effective level. Ensure PTP operation 100% compliance with all company policies and regulations.
  • Handle daily complex issues with strong principle.
  • Monthly checklist performance review and KPI achievement result per staff Monthly daily occurred issues and forecasted issues summary report and coach team member.
  • Monthly noncompliance cases summary report per BU and provide constructive suggestion to managers.
  • Monthly effective and sufficient communication with respective BU managers on noncompliance cases for achieving improvement agreement.
  • Monthly expense accrual with high quality if any Manage and maintain ledgers and account reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L items in relation to Accounts Payable to ensure proper and timely accounting and reporting in accordance with accounting principle.
  • Timely and accurately deliver financial results per closing schedule.
  • Make sure fair and reasonable workload allocation among team members with proper segregation of duty to be considered. Conduct on job training and coaching to team members during daily work.
  • Responsible for team member's target setting, performance review, improvements tracking as well as training arrangements.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • At least 5 years finance working experience.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Teamworking ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in IT.
  • Analytical ability.
  • A methodical approach and problem-solving skills.
