1.Produce a demand forecast weekly; deploy transient/group inventory restrictions and pricing strategies, designed to maximize revenue from a rate and occupancy perspective.

2.Ensure that the hotel has the optimal mix to maximize revenues and profitability.
确保酒店各市场分类最佳搭配,最大限度提高收益及利润率。
3.Ensure optimal pricing for all market segments, specifically focusing on Corporate, Groups and retail.
确保所有细分市场的最优定价,特别是针对公司客户,团队客户及散客。
4.Implement pricing as per Accor' pricing policies.
按雅高集团的要求制定价格体系。
5.Ensure that pricing decisions are appropriately folded into the distribution channel strategies of the hotel, specifically for brand websites, third parties and GDS.

6.Consult with Sales peoples on rate/inventory suitability of all potential group business.

7.Oversee the management of group block activity. Ensure that group cut-off dates, rooming lists, group block activity (i.e., pick up, attrition) are being well managed.

8.Drive the revenue strategy meetings in accordance.

9.Pro-actively identify and analyze business opportunities from a net profit standpoint and make the appropriate business decisions and advice the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager / Resident Manager e.g. comparing wedding business with a business meeting with rooms.

10.Monitor to maintain consistency with property level inventory strategies and align with best available rate pricing philosophy.

11.Analyze channel performance both, Accor channels (brand website, GDS) and third parties.

13.Prepare competitor set analyze reports daily (Average rate, occupancy, RevPar, Market Share, RPI).

14.Responsible for all relative Revenue, forecast and analyze reports.

1.·Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese.

2.College degree or above.
