- Provide a well-rounded Music education to primary and middle school students (Grade 1 to Grade 7) in an IB framework
- Prepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Collaborate with fellow co-teachers to enhance and refine the school's curriculum
- Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Any other related duties assigned by the school
- At least Bachelor’s Degree
- Past teaching experience in the relevant subject
- Willingness or demonstrated track record in learning and practicing new pedagogy
- Monthly Salary of 20,000 to 30,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
- 8,000 to 10,000 RMB Housing allowance
- Tuition Remission for dependent children
- Performance Bonus:10% of the total Net Salary of the contract, upon successful completion of this contract
