Transfer Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order, including local and imported and follow up purchasing order acknowledgement, and ensure materials on-time delivery.
Focus on suppliers on delivery times and push the supplier to improve continuously.
Cooperate planning engineers to reschedule purchase order, negotiate with the supplier to push in or push out PO delivery. Handle Non Compliance Material timely, push the supplier get it resolved as soon as possible.
Monthly settlement for low value parts and standard fasteners.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

Bachelor or above, 2+ years’ work experience in related function. Prefer to planning and purchasing experiences.
Familiar with ERP (SAP preferred) & MS office software.
Fluency in English.
Good communication, execution, and teamwork skills. Result-orientated. Strong learning ability.
