This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across the plant.Job Responsibilities:**

Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems and components for beverage can manufacturing equipment, including presses, decorators, and finishing lines.
Conduct feasibility studies, stress analyses, and simulations to optimize equipment performance and ensure structural integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, electrical, quality, maintenance) to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and improve manufacturing processes.
Develop and review technical specifications, engineering drawings, and bills of materials for new equipment and modifications.
Manage projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and commissioning of new machinery or upgrades.
Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production personnel.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and materials to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Job Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment, preferably in high-volume production or packaging.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor) for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
Strong understanding of mechanical principles, kinematics, dynamics, and material science.
Experience with PLC control systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics is a plus.
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead technical initiatives.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage
