Oversee daily operations of the fund, ensuring smooth execution of all operational processes and controls.
Manage trade lifecycle events across a variety of asset classes
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team.
Implement operational practices and drive process improvements.
Utilize PMS/OEMS, reporting tools, and ideally some coding skills for workflow automation and troubleshooting.
Liaise with external service providers, counterparties, and auditors as needed.
Monitor and manage operational risk across fund activities.
Work with the investor relations team on data request and ODD request.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant operations experience in financial services, preferably hedge funds.
Legal background is preferred and a huge plus.
Fluent in Mandarin and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and regulatory landscape.
Proven leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Enfusion and Excel; experience with coding (e.g. Python) is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications a plus.
