- As Industrial Engineer, continuously improve the productivity via performing standardization, cross-functional project to achieve the sustainable product cost reduction which detemined and reflected in the time data of routing and perform the ergonomics to provide efficient and comformable working environment to operator in shop floor, also plan the shopfloor layout according to Bosch requirement.
- Standardized work execution
- Standard work instruction design, release and implementation for operators in shop floor.
- Support the direct operator working according to standard to achieve stable output
- Continuously improve the standardized work to achieve higher production maturity level
- Coach the line leader/op to lead CIP activities in shopfloor regarding the working according to standard
- Provide training about standardized work in training center to target group in the plant
- Perform ergonomic for shop floor work system
- Ergonomics check from planning,1st acceptance, regular check phase to ensure Bosch standards fulfilled
- Provide the solutions for machine designer in case deviations to guarantee comfortable station/line delivered to operators
- Regular check and CIP for the existing stations to improve the ergonomic pass rate
- Time data management
- Time data of each product type or family determination (MTM, Time study), maintenance for routing in SAP
- Regular update based on P/N category analysis to ensure routing reflect the actual situation
- Potential labor time reduction measures derivation and implementation to achieve the sustainable product cost reduction
- CIP projects promotion in shopfloor
- Leading and coaching CIP project like cycle time, headcount, change over reduction to achieve sustainable direct produtivity improvement
- Standards of tracking process set up for indirect productivity and continuously improve it
- Layout management and planning
- Plant shop floor layout daily management to ensure the station/line set up/relocation follow the Bosch rules
- Seasonally next 5 years layout planning and ensure the equipment set up smoothly to achieve lean material flow
- Cross functional or special project leading, implementation and roll out in Bosch locations.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering.
- 5 + years Industrial Engineering working experience
- Experience/knowhow of layout planning for shop floor and skilled in AutoCAD software.
- Familiar with IE theory and method (PDCA, ECRS, Time Study……).
- Better to be familiar with the A3 logic and has CIP project promotion experience in the manufacturing area.
