- Manage IMG China strategy planning process
- Organize and facilitate IMG China BU and modality level strategic analysis on market trends, competitive dynamics, and GEHC strategic focus and trade-offs, according to China region’s LTS objectives;
- Partner with IMG commercial and functional teams to develop medium and long-term strategic roadmap and investment cases;
- Responsible for global IMG segment strategy tie-out with China team;
- Develop China strategy execution planning, set target KPIs and ensure accountabilities.
- Lead and support other strategic projects including target adjacent market assessment, Digital / AI strategy, VBP go-to market, portfolio optimization, and other growth initiatives.
- Partner with Central Market Intelligence and Forecasting team, provide BU insights on data analysis, industry trends, and competitive intelligence; drive quarterly China market size and forecast analysis by coordinating business input to key assumptions, and China-global alignment.
- Facilitate regular business operational reviews, strategic initiative reviews, business performance tracking, and scenario planning.
- Support JV, commercial partnerships and innovation initiatives as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment across functions.
- Strategic Thinker: conceptualizing, strategizing, and pitching new business ideas / proposals. Have good approaches for reaching long-term goals.

- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD) is preferred. 10~15 years of experience in strategic marketing/strategy BP role.
- Demonstrated capability to develop strategy and translate strategy into a tactical plan that achieves and drives top line growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships in a matrix environment as well as influence employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical, financial, budget management and project management skills.
- Clear thinker with strong decision-making skills: take proactive steps to generate results, use data and other inputs to make decisions, own decision, and take accountability for work.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for executive audiences.
