Technical support for Select Solutions(SS) business segment, including Pharma Specialty、Removable、Reclosure、Uncoated paper and other special segments.
Technically support the commercial team for existing or new customer development with business growth.
Assist customers in solving application problems and timely transfer customer application requirements to PM/NRC, develop SS product application projects and accelerate project conversion
Interact with customers during project definition through customer trials and to commercialization
Support NRC and commercial teams for new product launch
Analyst the market trends and competitions, and support commercial team to identify the unmet needs of the market, and feedback to NRC for new product development opportunities
Support NRC team to collect and understand customer requirements, and translate to CTQs
Provide technical and application trainings internally and externally
Support quality team for complaint handling and on-site customer troubleshooting

职位要求

Bachelor degree above, preferably with a background in polymer science or other related discipline
At least 5 years working experience in adhesive, PSA label, coating related industries.
Good communication skill for both internal and external
Working proactively and good teamwork spirit
Expected travel is 30%~50% of time
