- Review and sign commercial contracts with customers.
- Own customer order fulfilment from order entry, product supply, shipment delivery to complaint settlement.
- Issue invoices, complete cash application and minimize AR past due.
- Drive funnel management and forecast accuracy.
- Drive process simplification and optimization to improve efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade or foreign trade English;
- Work experience in import/export business or order fulfillment and management is desired;
- Adaptive in different culture and environment; Willing to take challenges and drive changes;
- Good command of Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP systems (Oracle is a plus); Analytical and sensitive to numbers;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; Strong sense of urgency and self-motivation;
- Proven ability to deliver results with strong execution;
- Customer-focused, clear thinker and team player.
- Oracle skill is a plus.
- Fortune 500 working experience is a plus.
