Role and responsibilitiesResponsible for annual CIT calculation, reconciliation, including the follow-up working such as related party transaction contemporaneous documentation etc.To maintain good working relationship with the tax bureau, tax consultant and internal/external auditorResponsible for all related reports - i.e. important monitoring company report, etchandle in preparation of tax returns such as VAT, local levy, corporate income tax (CIT), stamp duty, withholding tax, issue Golden Tax System (GTS) etc. * Tax Accounts reconciliation and on time clearing of open item.

Prepare required supporting and working paper to meet internal and external tax compliance requirement

Work with other functions such as legal entity controller, Asian share service center, the APAC Tax team, third party service providers et.Work on other ad hoc project where requiredEducation and experience

Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications, CPA would be a plus
4~8 years of accounting/finance experience with a MNC/ with big 4 tax
department experience is a plus.
Familiar with PRC GAAP, US GAAP
SAP knowledge would be a plus

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
Fluent in written and spoken English;
