This role is expected to effectively collaborate, interact, and communicate with both internal and external partnersJob Role ResponsibilitiesTechnology Program Support: Develop test plans, review data, and conduct analysis to define lead technical solutions aligned with deliverables and expectations
Technical Knowledge Development: Develop a fundamental understanding of products and applications; contribute to IP
External Engagement: Support external engagement (customers, industry, suppliers, 3P labs, etc.) in collaboration with the business and manufacturing to sustain / grow value
Documentation and Communication: Document, validate, and communicate completed efforts so that others can leverage the work to enable efficient future similar efforts
Compliance: Understand, use, and comply with internal processes / systems and industry specifications / standards
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve work processes and tools; develop an understanding of the technology connection to business needs
