- Work closely with the Assistant CRM Manager, Brand, Sales, and Digital teams to ensure campaigns implemented effectively;
- Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns, including recruitment, engagement, retention, and reactivation programs;
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create personalized communications and offers, develop compelling messages and content to enhance customer engagement;
- Assist in setting up customer journeys using marketing automation tools;
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance, consolidate data, and prepare post-campaign reports to provide insights on customer patterns and trends to internal stakeholders;
- Assist in maintaining a shared campaign calendar and ensuring alignment with the corporate-level contact strategy.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong interest in CRM;
- Experience (internship or coursework) in CRM, campaign management, or customer lifecycle management is advantageous;
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work;
