VIE - Process Engineer - H/F

• Implementation of the R&D department's small-scale, pilot-scale and mass production tests in the plant.
• Development of new products and new processes, and preparation of new product BOM/Routing tables.
• On-site process disclosure and guidance of mass production products, as well as the preparation of SOP.
• Finding the root cause of nonconforming products and the design and implementation of rework plans.
• Design and implementation of the treatment plan of unqualified raw materials or abnormal raw materials.
• Solving the process problems of production line, process improvement and quality analysis, and preparing experimental reports.
• Verification of new raw materials/raw materials of change suppliers.
• On-site process discipline inspection and reporting.

• Master's degree in chemical engineering or polymer materials.
• 2 year-experience in manufacturing, R&D or material process.
• Prior experience in project management.
• Ability to master data statistics, data analysis, summarization, and improvement methods.
• Ability to prepare various reports (Excel, PPT, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English both spoken & written. Chinese is a plus.
