Job Description:1. Content and short video management.- Deliver business goals of content & short videos channel and achieve setting KPIs.- More focus on content management and set up content hub to track and improve content quality with DP team.- Coordinate with internal brand and science education team to build professional image and transfer to consumer’s content.2. Enhance current KOL/KOS relationship to support livestreaming business.- Maintain current relationship with existing KOS and achieve business goals.- TE/ACP management within budget.- Develop portfolio strategic suit to different channel/KOS.- Set KOS hub to track different KOS performance and make related analysis to drive sustainable growth.3. Create new collaboration model with offline living pet stores/breeders to expand RC influence power and service in Tiktok platform.- Raise the threshold for online living pet transactions and improve service standards with platforms.- Set mutual benefit model with offline living pet stores/breeders who is already our customers and invite them expose more contents or livestream related RC brand and knowledge. Promote the recommendation and SOL(start of life) sales.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or above in business related major.- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital contents or customer management; have experience of Tiktok business will be a plus.- Strong customer focus and knowledge in business, experienced with 3rd party agency management- Familiar with office software, especially Excel & Power Point.- Excellent communications skills in Chinese and English in both verbal and written.
