- Drive digital analytics and activate insights for brands’ consumer assets management
- Be the point of contact for platform offered analytics tools and drive tools utilization, including Data bank, Strategy center, Uni-marketing, Business consultant, Tencent Data lab & others
- Being a thought leader in consumer assets management, and work with brands on activation – e.g consumer assets expansion, KOL leverage, big data driven marketing & communications, EC operation excellence etc.
- Act as key Digital Hub contact for The North Face and Kipling to drive better collaboration & partnership with functional teams on big data integration into business GTM decision process
- Collaborate with functional teams on offline big data into business decision process
- Drive key digital platforms (Ali/ Tencent/ Byte Dance) data partnership
- Collect business needs and prioritize focused areas for Titan solution exploration
- Liaison with Titans on new tools & platforms
- Maintain working level relationship with various teams in Alibaba, Tencent, Byte Dance, and third-party vendors to identify potential leverage/ collaboration opportunities

- Deep understanding on China digital landscape with strong knowledge in platform enabled and third-party analytics tools, eg. Data bank, Strategy Center, Uni desk, Yuntu, Qingbaotong, Qiangua etc.
- Strong digital analytics skills with sound business acumen and logical thinking.
- Strategic mindset with an attitude of “achiever” for driving insights to action together with brands.
- Ability to work independently and comfortable with ambiguity and complicated matrix.
