- Lead the development and execution off the regional talent acquisition strategy across the markets and functions to achieve both strategic and operational goals. Provide leadership to the talent acquisition team developing their capabilities and competencies.
- Strengthen HR infrastructure in GC China, handling full spectrum of HR matters through a consultative approach, acting as an advisor on HR issues to Principals and Management.
- Champions and builds the talent management ranks in support of local and region diversity strategy.
- Play a key role in achieving internal alignment amongst local and Global on HR initiatives and take the lead in drive and control with external parties.
- Executes and follows-up on engagement survey related activities.
- Translates business priorities into property Human Resources strategies, plans and actions.
- Implements and sustains Human Resources initiatives at the property.
- Creates value through proactive approaches that will affect performance outcome or control cost.
- You have a strategic mindset and have a track record of bringing innovative talent strategies to reality. You are a thought l-eader and a trusted advisor, with strength in building relationships across matrix-ed organisations.
- You have experience successfully managing complex projects, budgets, and deadlines and working across all levels of leadership.
