We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.## What you’ll do:Leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing projects. This includes overseeing plant new product introduction (NPI), product transfer, Product/process optimization projects(VAVE/Lean projects), and other cost‑reduction initiatives to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.1,Lead end-to-end project management including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk assessment, and execution.2,Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to achieve project milestones.3,Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including feasibility studies, pilot builds, validation, and production ramp-up.4,Develop project timelines, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication with global stakeholders.5,Monitor project risks and issues, create mitigation plans, and drive timely resolutions.6.Coordinate equipment procurement and installation, ensuring readiness for mass production.7.Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.8.Communicate with customers or divisional business units regarding project expectations, deliverables, and change management.## Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or related majors; a master’s degree is preferred.
At least 5 years of project management experience in foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production flow, and quality systems.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent software.
Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills, good logical thinking and problem-solving abilityFluent in oral and written English, able to communicate effectively with foreign colleagues, customers and suppliers.
