- Achieve business objective and expense budget set by Area Manager in the assigned area and key Accounts
- Manage team and in coordination with other function support team resources in order to support account management activities
- Work closely with marketing team and provide proposal so as to exploit full marketing opportunities
- Reinforces implementation of Key Account Management system in the assigned area and key accounts
- Assist in working out forecasting for products required by market
- Ensure overall Accounts satisfaction and responsible for account effective management.
- Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
- Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
- Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
- At least Bachelor Degree in Health/Clinical Diagnostics/Science disciplines
- Good command of English in both spoken and written
- Good command of MS office software application
- Product & Application Expertise
- At least 5 years’ experience in Sales and /or similar experience in the industry
