Job Overview 综述:This position is to lead asset team of blueland to ensures that daily maintenance plan is exeucted flawlessly and reliablity risks are proper mitigated while focusing to drive strategic plans with unit leader and central reliablity groups to maintain asset reliablity and improvement.Responsibilities 职责:
  • Demonstrates support for the vision of excellence in safety, health, environment protection, quality and compliance with the BCP’s requirements;
  • Supporting on achievement of 4 core principles (SQRE)
  • Stewardship
  • Engages with maintenance and operations personnel daily regarding stewardship.
  • Participate as core team member in PHAs, MOCs, etc.
  • Reliability
  • Ensures emerging equipment reliability and maintenance issues are identified.
  • Reviews and drives maintenance performed by the 24/7 Team.
  • Ensures that daily maintenance plan is executed in coordination with the Daily Execution Leader.
  • Coordinate with other Unit Teams to ensure maintenance resources are available to perform daily maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the Manufacturing Services team for any centralized maintenance crafts needed to meet maintenance schedule.
  • Track long lead time parts and develops plans or solutions to mitigate risk based on unit needs and performance.
  • Coordinates asset strategy repairs/replacement with Unit Leader and Capital Project Owner.
  • Coordinates with the Turnaround (T/A) Program Owner and Unit Leader the scope for turnaround or other planned downtime.
  • Participation in developing of AOP and monthly forecasting / accruals.
  • Responsible for the system ensuring proper maintenance handoff of repaired equipment back to the 24/7 Team.
  • Owner of the maintenance schedule and integrates with production schedule for the day and week.
  • Ensures maintenance schedule is planned and published in a timely manner.
  • Engagement
  • Develop people according to key abilities and attributes. Provide performance feedback to all team members.
  • Address performance issues in the Core Maintenance Team and the Asset Optimizer.
Qualifications 要求:
  • Understands production schedule, production capabilities
  • Understands equipment mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls
  • Understands the maintenance work processes and eng. standards
  • Ability to identify emerging issues

  • Bachelor or above major in Mechanic, Electric, or relevant
  • 5 yrs working experience in chemical plant with equipment management
