Our strategy is based on understanding our clients’ challenges and helping them achieve visibility of cost, schedule, and performance through effective service methodologies, tools and systems.To understand more of us, please visit our website: .Job DescriptionThe role supports the Management of Change (MOC) process by evaluating and implementing changes across regional operations to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.Responsibilities

Review and assess proposed changes to operational processes, equipment, and procedures to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including operations, technical team, engineering, and HSE/PSM to gather information for change evaluations.
Document and track changes, ensuring all MOC records are accurate and complete for audit and compliance purposes.
Participate in risk assessments and hazard reviews, ensuring all potential risks related to changes are identified and mitigated.
Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that changes are understood and any impacts on operations are minimized.
Ensure all changes comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining a high standard of operational integrity.
Provide feedback on the MOC process to drive improvements and contribute to a safer, more efficient work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or chemical preferred) or a related technical field.
5+ years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on process safety, risk assessment, or project engineering.
Hands-on experience with MOC systems and regulatory compliance is essential.
Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively manage technical reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good capability in English.
