This role supports production and quality requirements through test automation, data analysis, and systematic equipment improvement, and works cross-functionally to resolve test-related issues.A. Test Equipment Introduction & Maintenance1\. Select, evaluate, debug, and introduce testing equipment according to production and quality requirements.
2\. Perform daily inspection, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of test equipment on production lines.
3\. Promote long-term equipment stability through fixture wear improvement, current path optimization, and testing consistency enhancement.B. Test Automation & Process Improvement1\. Participate in requirement alignment with equipment suppliers and define technical specifications.
2\. Support the automation of testing processes, including fixture automation and data acquisition system implementation.
3\. Optimize test program logic (e.g. capacity calculation, parameter measurement, leakage current testing) to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.C. Data Collection & Analysis1\. Build or optimize test data platforms to support process data collection, traceability, analysis, and automated reporting.
2\. Analyze test abnormalities such as ESR increase, capacity decay, and early failures, and support issue identification.D. Cross-functional Collaboration & Improvement1\. Support root cause analysis activities with R&D, process, and quality teams.
2\. Propose test- and equipment-related improvement actions and support implementation.E. Ad hoc jobs assigned by supervisor/manager.## Qualifications:College degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Electrochemistry, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in test equipment maintenance, debugging, or automation in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Experience in energy storage, supercapacitors, batteries, or electronic components is preferred.Basic understanding of electronic component or supercapacitor testing principles and charge/discharge testing methods.
Hands-on experience with charge and discharge systems (e.g. Arbin, Neware, Chroma), aging machines, ESR testers, or similar equipment.
Familiarity with automation hardware such as PLCs, relays, cylinders, servo systems, and current sampling modules.
Ability to read electrical schematics and support PLC or communication troubleshooting.
Ability to use Excel or similar tools for data analysis."
