  • Support Senior key account manager in drawing up and implementing key customer plans consistent with overall sales and profit goals as agreed with PR GTR NABU (North Asia Business Unit)
  • Assist KAM on A&P and A&D management of smart spending on annual budget to accelerate the business growth.
  • Visit outlets on regular basis to ensure the full list of PR products & to improve the display & merchandising in key outlets in line with PR GTR NABU guidelines
  • Assist to maintain best in class customer relationships, especially for retail Duty Free shop level.
  • Support Senior key account manager to implement pricing strategy with all customers in line with PRGTR NABU guidelines
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor’s information and market trend in duty free shops, as well as domestic market and share it with relevant teams.
  • Follow- up with both market and in-market promotion implementation in key outlets, especially excellent execution HPP promotion, GWP + tasting to push depletion, share with relevant team the performance analysis after promotion and proposal for improvement.
  • Regular meetings with supply chain team, update rolling forecast in SCM system every month to ensure sales forecast accuracy. And follow up all shipments includes all goods/GWP/tasting bottles to ensure on time delivery.
  • Support Key account manager in recruiting and managing permanent brand consultants.
  • Provide monthly report, including sell- in & sell-out data analysis, RSP report, competitor’s activity report, and provide recommendations based on market situation.
Qualifications and requirements:
  • Over 5 years commercial and/or trade marketing experience in FMCG (International Company)
  • Excellent commercial acumen and judgement
  • Excellent relationship skills
  • Ability to operationalise strategy in a pragmatic way
  • A proven track record of performance and delivery
  • Very high degree of personal integrity
  • Flexibility to Travel 60% of the time
  • Fluent Mandarin is a must. Fluency in English is required in listening, speaking, reading and writing
  • Willing to travel in domestic when needed
