- HK IPO readiness including lead preparation of public company filings, compliance, investor relations support and long-range planning
- Develop and implement tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information and make actionable recommendations to leadership team and board on both strategy and operations
- Board, Audit, Compensation, and Corporate Governance committee meeting preparation, support and attendance
- Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic plans
- Stock option plan management and capitalisation table management
- Serve as a key role in culture development to support organisational expansionCompany with long-standing history and financial capability for drug innovation|Strong capital market performance- A Bachelor's degree is required in business or finance; an MBA degree with concentration in finance, a CPA or CFA would be advantageous- Preferably with publicly held companies or a combination of experience in the capital markets/corporate finance coupled with senior level experience.-Pharmaceutical industry knowledge combined with financial management across R&D, manufacturing and commercial is a must- Strong experience in all stages of growth with specific expertise in the preparation for and process of HK IPO is higly valued.- Able to take a prominent voice in investor relations and public relations to the Board, experience working with hedge fund, mutual fund, crossover funds- Proven successful track record in developing and managing highly credible relationships with investors and analysts is critical, as is an astuteness about positioning and marketing a company with the financial markets worldwide.Our client is a commercial stage pharmaceutical company with dedication to discovering and developing innovative drugs for cancer and autoimmune diseases.
