我们正在寻找一位前台接待员As a Service Associate - Front Desk, we rely on you to作为一名前台接待员,您的主要工作职责为:1. Creating a warm and welcoming arrival for guests, ensuring an effective and efficient check-in2. Ensuring a memorable guest stay by giving caring and courteous guest services, providing information, responding to problems, and dealing with guests in a friendly and ever-hospitable manner.3. Facilitate a quick and efficient departure by ensuring that all guests leave happy with their stay.4. Good understanding of hotel operations, practices and procedures.5. Keep quality service standard to internal and external guests1、为顾客提供热情周到的接待,有效率的登记入住。
2、为客人提供热情周到的服务,回答客人的问题,提供信息。
3、快速有效的退房手续,确保顾客满意的离开。
4、了解酒店运营模式及程序。
5、保证向酒店内部和外部客人提供高质量的服务We are looking for someone who:我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人:1. Minimum 1 year experience in Front Desk/Guest Relations/Service Center in an International hotel
2. Be familiar with FD service steps and the Opera system
3. Fluent in English.
4. Excellent Skill in communicating with debtors;
5.Good guests service sense and professional skills.1、具备1年以上国际酒店前台/宾客关系/服务中心经验

3、英文流利
