- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations, ideally within multinational companies.
- Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a strong plus).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong customer orientation with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders (sales, finance, supply chain).
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues efficiently and professionally.
- Good problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
