1) Responsible for patient support on the e-commerce platform to reach out and serve more users, manage and extend their DOT, and improve users' brand affinity and satisfaction.
Support the implementation and execution of all assigned projects working across multi-functional teams within NN
2) Ensure the effective execution of all assigned projects under the guidance of the project owner or line manager, including coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and addressing daily issues.Coordinate with external stakeholders at key marketing moments and event marketing touchpoints, to conduct targeted patient support programs.
3) Responsible for targeted patient support programs, collaborating with external stakeholders such as patient communities, digital platforms, etc.About the Requriments
- Project management skill
- Digital platform operation skill
- Proficient in using business software
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Data analysis capability (Nice to have)
- Computer science experience(Nice to have)
- Bachelor degree or above
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to facilitate project success.
- Holds strong patient support knowledge and possesses rich experience of patient support on e-commerce platforms
- Embraces change actively, demonstrates strong resilience, and be willing to take on challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating project needs and updates to stakeholders and team members.
