Development of PCB technologies, processes and concepts together with PCB suppliers
Release of new materials and suppliers for automotive applications
Investigate strength and reliability of PCB technologies under different loads
Support of the global product development and production plant in Suzhou and Bosch Global network
Close cooperation with international development locations in Hongkong and Germany
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master in material science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or comparable studies
5 years working experience in PCB industry * In depth knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes
Enthusiasm for innovative, technical questions and academic work.
Well-structured way of working and quality mind-set.
Ability to lead interdisciplinary / international teams.
