Role ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryYour key role is drive implementation of the MoneyThor tool within Trust to drive campaign implementations to drive growth and engagement. You will also be able to develop HTML templates to drive the campaign effectiveness and delivery including working with Design and Data to create eye-catching communications for our customers. You should be comfortable with technology and will be required to work closely with our technology partners to deliver positively surprising and differentiated digital experiences.If you love to think out of the box and constantly believe there is a better way of doing things, let’s have a chat.Responsibilities
  • Leverage deep JavaScript, HTML, and Web development experience and Java, SQL to customize implementations on MoneyThor.
  • Web development to create HTML templates from scratch, including building logic, testing, launching and troubleshooting.
  • Drive usage of existing features and new features of the MoneyThor solution.
  • Understand and analyze business requirements, and help implement, test, package and ensure the timely and accurate solution delivery.
  • Proactive testing and recommendations for campaign performance improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Digital Bank’s content strategy and data-driven decisioning capability
  • Able to interpret and connect analytical and marketing data with marketing communications
  • Respond to service disruptions/incidents as part of our internal incident procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all projects and requests.
  • Adaptive, flexible and have a focus on innovation

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in campaign management
  • Deep JavaScript, HTML, and Web development experience to customize implementations
  • Possess technical experience retrieving logs in SumoLogic or equivalents like DataDog, conducting and supporting investigations and be able to debug.
  • Ability to understand system integration and logical thinking to address business challenges with innovative data driven solutions.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable with a fast moving environment.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in Project management from a data solutions perspective.
  • Previous work experience in banking preferred but not mandatory, possess hands-on experience on campaigns and analytic tools.
