- Solid working experience with Waukesha highly preferred.
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to travel internationally
- A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving organisational goals.
- An in-depth understanding of European market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages would be advantageous.
