- 我们的客户是一家细分行业全球top3的德国企业，目前在长春寻找一个JV的FC，下属12人，HC属于APAC，岗位汇报给工厂厂长和APAC FD.
- Responsible for monthly，quarterly, annual accounting handling and closing efficiently with high quality reports timely and accurately.
- Supervises the month closing activities, and continuously improves efficiency of the process.
- Contribute to the definition of company strategy by providing reliable and qualified financial information and analysis.
- Assist the management to improve plant profitability.
- Determine the financial objectives of this strategy and control the progress in meeting them.
- Ensure the compliance of the company's accounting practices with IFRS GAAP, PRC GAAP, and all relevant regulations.
- Responsible for the working capital management and fixed assets management.
- Manage and coordinate the accounting, controlling and IT team. Implement means to increase his/her department members competencies.
- Responsible tax related activities
- Supports in the establishment of internal control framework for business processes and functions, ensure its compliance with internal control.
- Coordinates the activities related to the internal and external audits
- Other ad hoc finance related activities
- Minimum of Eight years' experience in Finance/Accounting in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
- Good communication skills including written and spoken English.(regular global meeting)
- Previous managerial experience required. MNC and/or Automotive experience preferred.
- Professional Certificate, such as CPA/ACCA, is a plus.
- Experience with ERP system is a plus-QAD. Mfg/Pro (QAD) and Hyperion experience highly preferred.
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
