As a key member of our engineering group, you will lead mechanical design innovations, optimize product performance, and drive development projects from conceptualization to mass production.Key Responsibilities
Direction I: Advanced Product Design * Monitor global frontiers in mechanical engineering; conduct forward-looking assessments of industry trends to inform the company's technical roadmap.

Lead preliminary studies on new technologies and conduct deep-dive theoretical research.
Drive the technical realization of new products, from high-fidelity prototyping and pilot production to technical project milestones.
Support the optimization of manufacturing processes, quality control frameworks, and the establishment of rigorous technical standards.

Direction II: Intelligent Manufacturing * Lead the conceptual design, installation, and optimization of automated and intelligent equipment systems.

Resolve critical technical bottlenecks in autonomous operations and intelligent control processes.
Track cutting-edge developments in AI and automation; drive the industrial application of smart production lines and next-generation equipment to accelerate the company's digital transformation.

Qualifications

Education: Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and Related Disciplines.
Academic Background: Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation; Mechanical Engineering; Vehicle Engineering; Automation; Electrical Engineering and Automation; Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering; Mechatronics; Control Engineering, and other related majors.
