- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the automotive industry.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions.
- Forecast sales volumes, monitor performance against targets, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Ensure contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements that may impact client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Provide input to product development teams based on client feedback and market insights.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and recommend corrective actions as needed.
