As an Operational Risk Management Specialist at OCBC, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact our business operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our risk management practices are robust and effective, and that we are well-positioned to achieve our strategic objectives.How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of operational risk management principles and practices. You will need to be able to identify and assess potential risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies. You will also need to be able to communicate complex risk issues to stakeholders, and work collaboratively to implement risk management solutions.What you do
- Identify and assess operational risks that could impact our business operations
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that risk management practices are robust and effective
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to ensure that our risk management practices are up-to-date and effective
- Develop and maintain risk management reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholdersWho you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, finance, or business
- At least 3 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field
- Strong understanding of operational risk management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve common goalsWho we are

Manage operational risk policies to ensure registration, approval and effectiveness in the system.2. 协调各部门/分行操作风险伙伴，推进全行在操作层面实现操作风险管理框架，政策，标准，工具和报告Coordinate with department/branch operational risk partner (ORP), and drive the operationalization of operational risk management framework, policies, standards, tools and reports at bank level.3. 日常管理、收集、监控、上报操作风险管理工具（包括但不限于风险自查、损失事件记录、风险指标体系三大工具）的实施情况Daily manage, collect, monitoring and report the execution of operational risk management tools (include but not limit to three major operational risk management tools - Risk Assessment, Loss Event, Performance Metrics).4. 收集、分析和报告交易员交易监控数据。Collect, analyze and report the trading monitoring data.5. 通过形式多样的咨询、培训、指导和提示，提升全行员工的操作风险意识，促进审慎的风险文化的培育Promote OCBC Wing Hang China’s operational risk awareness amongst staff and support the building of a prudent risk culture for the bank through relevant consultation, training, guidance and periodic email alerts,6. 领导或参与操作风险创新和改进项目Lead or participate in operational risk related initiatives and improvement projects7. 开展专项的操作风险评估以及全流程风险内控审核Conduct thematic risk assessment and end-to-end process review from risk and internal control point of view8 上级主管及管理层安排的操作风险管理相关及其他工作。Operational risk management related or other tasks assigned by supervisor and management任职资格 (Incumbent’s Requirements)学历及专业资格要求Academic & Professional Qualifications 本科以上学历University degree and above知识与技能要求Knowledge & Skills 熟练英语口语、读写能力Proficiency in spoken and written English相关工作经验要求Relevant Experience 2年以上银行业操作风险、科技、营运或审计相关工作经验2+ years working experience in operational risk, technology, operation or audit in banking industry职位所需的特殊要求Special Attributes 有操作风险和内控意识；熟悉中国银行监管机构颁布的法规；对银行操作有良好的业务知识；Operational risk and internal control awareness; familiar with the banking regulations; good knowledge in banking business operations;其它Others 良好的沟通能力及人际关系，主动的服务态度和团队合作精神；能在压力下，独立执行任务和解决问题；基本的项目管理技能；愿意在有工作要求时出差；Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive service attitude and teamwork spirit; Problem solving under pressure and minimum supervisory; basic project management skills; willing to travel华侨银行有限公司（“本行”）将根据本行官网所载明的隐私政策严格保护您的个人信息。请您理解并知悉，您向平台和/或本行提交简历的行为视为您授权同意本行为您长期职业生涯发展和保留将来入职机会之目处理您的个人信息，您有权联系本行撤回同意。What we offer:Competitive base salary.
