1.Manage the Product Development Process (PDP). This includes coordinating all activities and interfacing with the team. Manage the organization through headcount, budget and other department driven activities.2.Implement a date driven management culture based on PDP.3.Champion a common PDP system across CBU, consistent with global direction 4.Lead value stream improvements for the PDP process .5.Represent A/P as a member of the global PDP team.6.Assure metrics are maintained and reported timely to the team.7.Assure PDP information is maintained in the CBU quick place.8.Facilitate PDP gate reviews for the CBU (low/high risk) reviews.9.Participate in China Low/High Risk Reviews.10.Control personnel and budget.11.Comply with internal control requirements, H&S and Aptiv Business Process at all times.Privacy Notice - Active Candidates:Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
