Prepare measurement tool for machining E part为机加自制件准备量具5. Coordination of value stream projects(machining concept changing ,fixture optimization etc.)协调价值流相关项目（工艺变更，刀具工装优化...)6. Coordination of machining new sample plan，Validation of new process and new MAE协调机加工样件计划,新工艺新设备的验证7. StaB analysis process timeStaB 年度更新，分析优化过程时间Qualifications1.Mechanical or automotive related major.机械及自动化相关专业2.With machining working experience in mechanical manufacturing。具备机加工相关工作经验3.Have knowledge and logic about FMEA,CP,WI creating and Maintenance，PDCA tracking。具备创建更新工艺文件和PDCA的基本知识和逻辑4.Good communication with internal and external department colleagues,良好的沟通能力5.English in reading and writing,具备英语听说能力6.Team player,independent work and self-motivatio。融入团队，成为一员，具备独立工作能力和自驱力
