Through collaboration with the technical team, conduct basic analysis of warranty parts
Communicate with suppliers when components fail
Manage the basic database of the warranty system
Learn all Gates product lines
Conduct product training courses for internal employees, distributors, and repair shops, and independently arrange training sessions

Applies general knowledge of business developed through education

Requirements and Preferred Skills
